Default high flow drop in filter

My JK is due for an air filter change. Anyone drop in a high flow filter like k&n in their JK? I usually use these as my first filter replacement on all my vehicles that i've owned over the past 10 years or so. On the ones with 4 cyl engines, I really have to look for any performance improvement. On my xterra with the 261 hp v-6, I feel a very pronounced improvement on acceleration. I've heard that the more power you start with, the easier it is to detect an increase in throttle response and acceleration.

I just installed the Afe Dry Pro filter. Nice design and it SEEMS to give the JK a little more pep. Maybe it's just the little bit of extra sound that it makes??? Either way, I like it!

I got the same afe dry drop in and noticed no change in sound, but I also noticed a hair more pep. I hate to admit it, but I really did.

Might have noticed a tiny bit more pep, but that might just be due to the $50 I spent on it.
