Okay, I'm moving from NJ to IA. I think I would rather just do it myself with a uHaul, tow the jeep... moving companies are pricey. I'm comfortable with towing (towed boats behind my rides and towed things in the military).

I really don't want to trailer my jeep... costly and a lot more length in traffic. That leaves flat tow I assume.

What's needed to do a flat tow? I see the Currie Enterprises tow bar kit on Quadratec, will that do (along with some magnetic lights)? I've got the instructions for flat towing (how to set the tranny up and all that).

Anything I need to know. Options for flat towing rigging?
