Default HELP!! Jeep JK 3.8L Transmission problem after changing fluids

I drive a 2009 Jeep Unlimited X 4X4. The only things done to it are a rough country lift 2.5 inch in July and new brake pads and rotors in September. It has KO2s size 31.5 I believe. Mileage 165000ish. My fiancée was driving my car as a I began taking her Corolla to commute. Last week she was at a stoplight and bam the Jeep won’t move. She turned it off and back on and proceeded like normal. I drove it a lot after that to attempt to get the problem and got a CEL P1790, Fault immediately after shift. Come today I decided to change the differential, transfer case and transmission and filter. Used ATF +4 for dif and trans. And 80w-90 for the dif. After completing it all starts up perfect. Puts it in drive and nothing, just sits there, if I press the gas RPMs follow but no movement. Turned it off and on again, got it to start but when shifting lost enormous power. After being in second it just RPMs up with no acceleration. Getting a lot of codes now, as follows P1790, P0944 Loss of Hydraulic pump, P3133 unknown, P3339 unknown, P0731 Gear ratio error in first gear, P0846 2-4 or 2C pressure switch rationality and lastly P0732 Gear ration error in second gear. I was never able to get it above second gear while driving it tonight. I’ve inspected the fluids and all are where they should be. I’m really nervous this is the transmission going out, but I’m hoping one singular thing is causing these CELs. I would absolutely love and appreciate any insight or experience anyone has had with any one of these CELs. The car is completely un drivable as of now. Going to call shops tomorrow morning and get a tow if there’s any Availability.
UPDATE!!!!!!!
Took it into a transmission shop, and was notified that this transmission NEEDS to be in neutral while checking the oil not park! When originally replacing the oil I used the general rule of replace what you took out. My jeep was running poorly before because short on transmission oil. And when replacing it I must have put a little less back in. The Jeep was all in all short two quarts, that’ll do it!!
