When you select a Auto on jeep.ca it switches it to 3.73, if you do the same on jeep.com it keep it as 4.10s,
Even if you go to summary after selecting auto it still shows 4.10s at jeep.com
Bug on the US the site?

Just try not to step on the dealerships toes in the process, especially if its the only one near by you and you plan on dealing with them in the future.

I'm trying to, but its getting super difficult because they are not acknowledging that I ordered the car with 4.10 and won't fix the issue.

I just went to jeep.ca and when you select a Rubi with auto, the 4.10 is selected, not 3.73

If you look both gear ratios are listed, 3.73s then 4.10s, seems like both sites have a bug/typo.
i would push hard both sites don't match what you can actually order by default.
On this alone Chrysler should fix the problem and correct your order not the dealership IMO.

I would advise the dealership you are going to call Chrysler if they wont on your behalf because there is obviously a problem with the jeep.com and jeep.ca site when choosing a auto transmission.
its probably a bug from when they cut over from 2011 to 2012s because 4.10s used to be standard no mater what on a Rubicon, now 3.73s are a option if you choose a auto transmission in a 2012, and 4.10s standard if you choose a manual.
