Nope the steering column will get water in it causing problems ranging from simple horn short to not starting at all. I am serious I had the horn short at 4:00am others have had other problems all due to water in the column shorting crap out.

Just thought I'd throw this old thread a lift...

I had the same problem this morning, and it was the M13 fuse. Fried it when I spliced a wire for aftermarket locks/windows.

Hey man, I had the same kinda thing except my radio would quit working and I would have that no fuse light come on..... check in youre fuse box under youre hood, there is a large fuse that has a white plastic "box" around it (its in the center of youre fuse box). Make sure that fuse is pushed in all the way! you can't see it loose without pushing on it by hand, that should take care of it..... If not, I have no other idea....
