Put '12 headrests in your 07. That will go along way towards addressing your wife's concerns. I installed 12 arctic edition headrests in my 08. However I also swapped my seat fabric out to the '12 as well. The seats are WAY more comfortable and the headrests are much better too.

I have the fabric for the 12 headrests that I didn't use but they can't swap on to an 07...
