I also just ordered my Harken Hoister today.. can't wait to get it....I have heard nothing but good things about it. I called and asked about any " warping " issues. He says he has never heard of any Jeep top issues but has heard of some Kayak owners asking about warpage. He has never heard of Warping on Jeep hardtops. And Yes they are rated to be hung for as long as you wish.. Said thats what they are designed for.. Storage.

I ordered my Harken today as well (ebay from Acme jeep parts) and ordered my boss one for his wifes jeep. I ordered this morning and they shipped it by lunch!
