you think its ok to leave the soft top in the garage over the winter in a cold climate? I was going to put mine in the basement where its warm.

I leave mine in the unheated garage all winter. Gets down to -35. It's fine as long as you don't try to move it around while frozen.

I used velcro to keep the soft top all bundled up nicely.

Looks great! In my head I was thinking about hanging it 180 degrees from what you've done, but this may be the easiest solution. I'll have to pick up a couple more of the strechable velcro straps (Model # 40898 @ Lowes). When I take the top down, I stack the windows with a piece of fleece between them. I then roll them and use two of the straps to secure the roll.

You may want to just lay them flat for an extended period of time. I have read on other posts that the widows will get a "memory" if left rolled up for to long. This may effect the install of the windows in the summer.

HAHA! Most Texas folk would flip over the low 30's days we've had this week.... their better question would be 'what's a basement? " - San Antonio is on top of solid limestone, making digging anything a feat and well, basements, A lot of folks I talk to don't know what those are. (And I'm 30)
