Hard Top Option purchased.. 'soft top' standard equipment taken away

I was lucky enough that the dealer did not have a hard top on the lot. He had the service dept scrap the soft top on the vehicle and he threw in the hard top for zilch. I guess that I caught my dealer on a good day. They didn't charge me on the step rails or the hard top and I walked off feeling pretty dang good. LOL.
All that aside, I think that the soft top on the dual top option is flimsier. I'm not entirely sure because I've never seen the soft top up on a dual top option, but just by walking the lots several times, that's what I've gathered.

Is the soft top that's included in the Dual Top group the same soft top that comes on the 2012's if you go without the hard top?
I may be mistaken, but I checked out a 12 Rubi that had the hard top with the soft top rolled up in the back....It just seemed like a "flimsier" top than the Jeeps on the lot that had the soft tops on...
Am I missing something?
