Question Hard Top bolts?

Hey folks -
I've lost one of my 6 bolts that hold the hard top onto the JEEP. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement one? I tried searching on Quadratec, to no avail......

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Kelly

yes I do. I lost 3. Went to my local dealer - took 1 day and they were $3.30 each. Take your registration because they look it up using your VIN.

You would not believe how I lost them......put them on the bumper of my other car and then drove the car....

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll call the stealership tomorrow!

Well, I lost the bolt INSIDE my Jeep, it's in there SOMEWHERE but for the life of me, I cannot find it. So rather than pull my hair out looking for it, I may as well just replace it.....

Thanks again!
Kelly

Chances are it is under your carpet somewhere. They do male a set of bolts with "T handles" so you do not need a ratchet. If I can find the link I will post it.

Check out the quick-release ones on ebay. I've had good success with them and no more tools required.

I can give you more info via PM if you want. I'd rather not post any specifics since I'm sure the seller is not a sponsor.

Wouldn't you still need the torx for the two top front bolts? I don't think the quick disco ones would fit under the front freedom top panels...

There are actually 8 bolts holding it on.

On my 08 two door, only 6 bolts. The front edge has two rubber pegs that fit in two metal holes on the sound bar--no bolts in that location.
