Is this normal? I think I am going insane. My dealer seems to think this is the way it comes. Is DC really that stupid?

 

If you are talking about the soft top windows, they should be in boxes inside your Jeep.

 

They're not. And my dealer told me "If you get dual tops it doesn't come with windows." I am so calling Chrysler.

 

They are idiots, it should come with windows, L/R door frames and plastic clips for the rear window bar.

 

That statement is funny, in a very sad way.

 

Nice, they forgot the windows. That's about par for the course.

 

They claim that they called Chrysler and were told the same thing. This is insane and insulting.

 

It doesn't surprise me that the dealer told you it's supposed to come that way. Why are so many dealers full of sh--?

 

OMG OMG OMG!!! So, they were thinking I was talking about glass windows. How do you sell these cars and know NOTHING about them? I know more than they do. The saleswoman I spoke to actually argued with me and said, "I do this every day, I'd like to see you order it that way." Moron thought I meant soft top with glass windows. This might be the dumbest thing a dealer has done.

 

I had the glass windows in mine! They didn't do so well when I rolled them up in my clover patch window roll stuff sack! Now I have lots of little tiny windows!
