Good A/T tire for JK

I would stay away from the BFG KOs. I put the BFGs on one of my Dakotas due to the salesman's recommendation and they were on my YJ when I bought it, I absolutely hated them. The treads don't clean out well, so in mud and snow they turn into slicks. In rain they are just scary, with no center grove or direct path for water to escape from the center of the tire they hydroplane way to easily. They do ride nice, last a long time time and are quiet and if you live somewhere that has no percipitation then they would be fine.
I have been running Cooper Discoverer S/Ts for 40k miles now and have no complaints, should be able to get another 15k-20k out of them.In my opinion the Coopers are far superior to the BFGs both on the road and on the trail. The Coopers are available in a 275/70R17 (32.2 x 11.3) and 285/70R17 ( 32.8 x 11.3).

I had the BFG A/T's. I really liked the tire. On road was good and not too noisy. Not great in mud. They don't clean out well at all. I'm now running Hankook Dynapro MT's instead. Probably a little more aggro than what you're looking for, but my buddy has the Hankook AT's and loves them. Although, everybody really has been saying great things about the Duratrac tires. I looked into them myself.
