So I had a minor issue with my lift from Rough Country. I called up Ben (user Rough_Country on the forum) and explained the situation. He has a replacement part on the way, no hassle, and he's super friendly.

So, if anyone out there is trying to decide on a capable lift kit for their JK, and want to know that the Company is there to make the customer happy, don't forget to check out the Rough Country lifts. The coil springs they have are great, and the performance 2.2 shocks included on all of their JK lifts are great. Much better than the generic white shocks that most of the pricier kits come with.

 

yeah i had an issue with 2 of my springs and before i knew it there was a box with 2 brand new ones on my door step. and the online customer support on there website that i belive is open till about 9 is very helpful i wish everyones site had live customer support like they do.

 

RC has the best customer service. i had an issue with a shock and all they said was.......it will ship tomorrow. They have my vote.
