Well let me start off by saying that I have been a member of this forum for a bit but I do not own a JK. I have learned so much about the JK both the good and the bad. I have wanted a JK since they first came out and I am finally in the financial situation to start nosing around the car dealers. I had them find a jk that was close to what I wanted. Heres the specs and the price. i would like some feedback on whether this is a decent deal or not.

Is it a good deal or not?
My first impression was that it is too much, but what do you guys think?

 

Look at KBB or another place that shows you what the invoice prices are for the base + options. You should be able to get close to or less than Invoice for an '08 and this is probably before any rebates as well.

2k off of MSRP doesn't look to be too good, but then it is about 8% off (give or take)

yup. Thats what the dealer said.

 

I had a better deal in November. Same config except 7 speaker upgrade vs sat radio.

Dealers best offer including rebates was $20,700.

 

Is this on the lot or dealer transfer? That makes a difference

 

they are running employee purchase - ask to see the invoice

there is a number next to a "EP", add $125 to that price and subtract the rebate.

if you have a 740 or higher credit score (transunion) it also has 0% for 48 mos (A+ tier only)
