Is this a good buy?

Tint can be done to a hard top but around here those cost a little more than the soft. New tinted soft windows can be bought from the dealer for $330 and tinting the front two windows should be under $100.
I was looking at a sport u (no options except a/c, 3.73's, and the sport s wheels....take-offs mind you, not "upgrade") and the dealer wanted $28k around 4 months ago. In 10 I bought my sport u early July with a/c and 3.73's (no other options) for $23.
Both 2 drs, both "in demand" colors, and both with practically zero options....manual windows, locks, clear windows, no alarm, no sirius, no infinity/ alpine, etc.

I just payed that 25k price for my 2012 unlimited with lift tires tow ac but manual with 30k on it. To give you some idea. The good thing about used jeeps if they're certified it's a 7 year warranty.
