Due to them listing that at 37 and having leather interior i would find another dealer. If you going to pay 27, find a rubicon with 4000 miles.

So ive been to every jeep dealer in the KC area, and each are telling me there is only about 1500 - 2000 wiggle room off of msrp. Does that sound right, i seem to remember some of you guys getting 4-5k off msrp a few months ago.

I never even knew they offered leather seats in the Wrangler. Guess you learn something new every day. IMO they must suck in the summer though with the top off and the sun beating down on them. You're gonna get some 3rd degree burns if you wear shorts in that thing.

Wow could you imagine 100 plus day and top off with leather seats. You better have a towel with you or its gonna be rough first few miles.

Hey I am in KC also and have been looking hard. I actually found one in Cali, a 09 rubi with nav and a 6 speed. It has 2700 miles and is considered used so no lifetime warranty. I can get it for 27360. The way the search is going around here, I think I am going to take it. I really would rather find an X with low miles for around 20, but Im having a hell of a time doing it.

Bought my '09 Sahara on 05022009. Sticker price was 31,880 and I paid 27k including the 1k price for dealer installed heated seats. Oh, no leather or NAV.

yea me neither, until a few days ago.
Wife wants something w/ leather and nav, and the likes the chrome package. So those are three things i need to be able to buy it . I just want the jeep.

So with the chrome package adding 2k, leather adding 1 k, nav adding 1500k, does everyone still think 27000? It also has dual tops and 3:73 gears. Im thinking ill be really lucky to get it at 30k.

Guys, i gota tell you. I test drove one and i agree w/ everyone it has no guts. My 2000 wrangler didnt either i guess, but ill be trading off my SS Trailblazer for this, so it will be a big dump in the HP department. But these two trucks are two very different animals.

Ill be heading back down to the dealer tomorrow, so ill update w/ what they offer.

Yeah keep us updated, what dealer is it? As far as the switch, I hear you, I am going from a 1500 gmc with the 5.3 so it is a big drop in hp.

dealer has a new 09 sahara unl. Has nav, leather, dual tops, chrome package, and seems like everything it could offer.
Sticker is 37k, but the owner of the lot has been using it as his personal vehicle and has put 4k miles on it (they call it a demo now). I find it amazing that they still think its new, but nevertheless what should i offer.
Ive got them down to 34,999 and then ill get the 1500$ cash back, so im around 33,500. I still think thats awfuly high for a "new" jeep w/ 4k miles on it. But its the only one around w/ all the things i "need". So whats everyones opinion on this, my thoughts is it should be around 31k-32k. Thanks in advance.
It is "new" until it gets registered. I think you could get a couple of k off for the mileage. The rest that you can get of the price is what you can negotiate as it is still considered to be a new vehicle legally until the dealer sells it and gets it registered (obviously within reason)
