Or try to pull the old "Yes honey you're right, lets take the van". Woman hate when you tell them that they are right, and will switch their opinion. So her reply to you should be something like "Oh no you didn't, we are not taking no van, we're taking the Jeep" . lol

I say choose your battles wisely. That small amount of joy you derive from driving the jeep for one day may not overcome the pain in your ass the next couple of weeks.

Why do you even have a minivan????????????
And yes, I am married, although no kids...
And I guess im lucky, my wife HATES minivans as do I so we will not be getting one.
Good luck on taking the Jeep, If I were you I would just let the air out of one of the tires the night before and then she wont have a choice

No excuses needed. The night before just slap on your tire deflaters on two of the mini-van tires, (remove them) and the next morning say. "Aw shucks, you have two flats and we have no time ...... jump in the jeep kids!"
