Nissan would bring an incredible V6 engine lineup.
GM has good drivetrains. Family owned a GM for 14 years and we went through one water pump...that was IT.
Both have better interior materials.
GM's vastly improved fit and finish, starting with the new trucks and SUVs, is now moving into their cars (new Malibu, Camaro).
Any of the above couldn't hurt.
