So I went down to the dealership this afternoon and here's the latest. According to the floor manager, dealerships are being told not to expect ANYTHING off the line for anywhere from 4 to 6 months due to the bankruptcy and Fiat sale. Due to this time frame the dealership went in with what I recommended and so what I'll be getting is my sunburst orange JK X minus the 23s package an instead the 23b package i.e. no cloth seats, but instead I get my Teraflex lift with 33's on 16x8 Black Rock 929 Black Jacks. I don't mind the change and I get the Jeep tomorrow and when the lift comes in they'll be installing it so that the dealership covers it. Pics to come that's for sure...

there are soooo many jeeps on the lots i cant beleive that one would have to be ordered. I live in a little town in the rockies and i think there is at least 20 jks sitting on the lot across the street! I cant see why large towns/cities wouldnt have more. The JK doesnt have that many options so its got to be out there. good luck!

The dealerships can't keep them on the lots long enough is the problem. The dealership I went to broke their record for most units sold in a month, it's crazy what employee pricing will do. As for me I am now in a 2009 JK X in black, not orange, due to financing on the bank's part we had to go back to an "s" package JK to make the deal work, which leaves me to do my own lift later on. Pics to come once I find my camera.
