They said in all honesty it'll be three months-ish before we see any new JK's off the line so they're willing to give me a killer deal to make up for all the hassle involved. I think I'm going to put in for my lift and 33's straight from the stealership to make up for wait.

thank you! seems like a lot of ppl are after the half doors. I think if they had a way of giving both sets or even pick up the other set for a big discount it would put a few ill feelings to rest. for me anyways lol 3months is a long time to wait!

The Rubi idea isn't bad at all, however looking at the web inventories I'm not seeing any in 6 speed manuals anywhere nearby.
There are a lot of X's out here that they could easily add too though... hmmm...

I've ordered two in the past during the TJ years and dreaded getting the phone calls from the dealer stating that they were being held up while they were waiting on parts.
My 1997 that I ordered in May of 1996 didn't show up until the end of November 1996--and the thing that pissed me off most was going to the dealer and seeing similar jeeps coming in as their regular inventory!

Ok, so looking online I think I found what seems to be a reasonable change. There are several black X's with b packages available around town, so what I'll propose is instead of one with the s package get the b package with hooks to the front, the tow package on back, a Teraflex 2.5" lift with black rock 929s 17x8s wrapped in ProComp LT285/70R17 Xtreme mud terrains?
The price difference if my calculations are correct from the original JK I was looking at to the current option is only about a hundred bucks. Any opinions???
