How much $ did you spend for the fenders plus install. (currently don't have the tools to do it)

Tools to do mine were open end wrenches and a socket set

I paid about 560 for my steel flares and did pay 105 to have them installed.

I basically did that except I used a dremel. Just remember measure twice cut once.

Paid $441 for the BW flat fenders shipped to my door, new in the box, and the install was me, so that cost was zero. Search the internet and you can find parts a lot cheaper from other venders vs. the "standard" one or two that always come to mind first.

The OP still is waiting if anyone actually paid a shop to install a set of flat fenders...

How much does that run?
