If I wanted an FJ, I would have bought one. We have a Toyota store too so I could have gotten a good deal on an FJ too, but it wasn't what I wanted. The only FJs that look decent are the black TRD models. I did briefly consider one.

I've seen a lot of people trade in FJs on JKs. Seriously, no BS.

Hard to see out of them too. I hate the rear suicide doors and the fact that the back door windows don't roll down. Plus, the obvious looks and visibility factor. They drive pretty well and I prefer their V6 over ours, but it wasn't enough to make up for its downfalls.

I loved the look of the FJ when they came out. But have always wanted a Jeep. My obsession began when I was really young and went for a ride in my uncles CJ years ago. I just remember it being one BA of a vehicle and it was bone stock. I did look at them a few years ago but decided to stick with my current vehicle (VW Golf). BTW when I was looking at the Golf I also looked at the Jeep but it came down to cost. About 6mo ago after numerous conversation with family members about how F'in awesome Jeeps are I dove in and got a great deal. I purchased my Rescue Green Unlimited Sahara and am absolutely in love. I got what I wanted and more. I looked at numerous 09 X 2 doors but then I checked out a leftover 08 Unlimited (which I didn't want at first...but........I fell in love.) Everyone was able to get into the jeep no problem and I could fit 4 people filled with 4 snowboards and all their luggage into it. I wouldn't ever get any other SUV type vehicle its just too praticle, capable, and you can still take the doors and top off. Jeeze you can fold down the window if you want. No other vehicle out there can do that.

Its just too simple Jeep has me till I can't drive anymore.

I must admit, the FJs look pretty cool, but personally I like the look of pretty much any wrangler better. The first time my uncle took me on a ride in his lifted TJ I was hooked The FJs are too expensive, require you to use premium fuel, and have the articulation of a ford taurus lol When it comes to off road prowess, Jeeps are king and will always be king.. NUFF SAID!!!!!!!!!!
