Default First Aid Kits?

I'm going to be putting a first aid kit in my Jeep soon. Something more than just a couple band aids and asprine. I was wondering who else had put a decent med kit in thier JK and where they'd put them.

I've been considering velcroing it to the interior of the hard top on the passanger side. That way I could get to it easily and it would be visable to anyone inside the vehicle.

You'll have to relocate it if you ever take the top off though? Maybe you could find one to fit under the seat. Not as visible, but it can stay there.

I have one a buddy who works for EMS put together. I just keep it in a small back wraped around the bar in the cargo area.

A first-aid kit is on my short list of things to get! I'm thinking about making a trip to my Houston area REI and picking one up next weekend.

Default Behind the back seat...

I keep mine in a backpack behind the back seat. It is a camelback bags actually. I have a pretty large assortment of item in it though, I'm a fire/medic.

I had another though. I recall seeing a adapter to turn the tailgate into molle weave. If that's the case that plus and Eagle Industries med bag would be awesome as well.

I put mine under the rear seat (unlimited model) in the middle. True also that you have to remove it to lower the seats.
Went overboard on supplies but it's expected to be used in the 'outback' so I guess you can never have too much....forgot the brandy - gotta fix that!

I used a fishing tackle box to make a first aid kit. I still have a small "regular" kit but I also keep the tackle box in the Jeep too. I also have a trauma kit in an orange duffle bag but I took that out of the Jeep last year and never put it back. Now that I mentioned it I'll probably need it so I better put it back in there. I'll post a pic later today...
