#12025.540X , #12025.541X.A (model numbers on quadratec) what is the difference between these two bumpers. one says offset. what does that mean?

The bottom one is for an offset mounted winch. So it all depends on the winch you have. Or if you don't have one look at the one you want and see if it is offset or center mounted. Then you'll know which bumper. But that's all I can tell. Hope this helps.

Awesome , I hope one of them will hold the Warn powerplant.

Pretty sure those both will if I remember right. You can also buy the stubby with lights and top mount the winch (I think plate is another $45 or so) I think there is photos with winch mount on top too if you look through them
