Default Extreme Terrain purchase review

Friday 2-28 I received an order from Extreme Terrain, a set of Barricade Trail Force bumpers. This arrived as 3 pieces; front, rear, and tire carrier.

I am completing a review of the bumper and install but wanted to review my purchase experience, the first for me from Extreme Terrain, here.

Monday- Extreme Terrain rep, XTRyan, posts on the forum availability of Barricade bumpers and offering a discount from their website listed price. I respond, in the message thread, with interest late in the afternoon.

Tuesday- Early in the morning I receive a PM from Ryan with details to proceed with the transaction. I reply and within minutes I have a quote in my personal email for my review. The quote stated that I could take up to 15 days to call in and pay for the items before the deal would expire. I liked the option to think about spending, but I called immediately to finalize the order and pay.

After a short hold I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Rob, he was helpful and I kept it short as I didn't have any questions. He took my payment information and we bid each other a good day. I immediately received an order confirmation in my personal email, this was about 9 in the morning.

By a quarter after 1 that afternoon I had three UPS tracking numbers, originating in PA and destined for TX.

Thursday- The trio arrived at the UPS hub local to me in the morning and I had the items on my porch by lunchtime Friday

I was very happy with the transaction thus far. I will add one more comment before picking up in the thread reviewing the bumpers. If you are familiar with Amazon, they have instituted this 'frustration free packaging' movement. Some balance in the universe must have been upset because all that frustration has to go somewhere. I found it...Click image for larger version

I'm glad we were able to get them out to you so quickly! Make sure you update us with your install pictures. Let me know if you have any questions at all or if I can help you with anything else!
