Evo tire carrier install question!?

Hey guys i got the evo skins installed and now im about to install the rest of it... Cant find anything anywhere about how to align the brakets... I know i gotta align the one around the gas cap on the driver side but what about the other 3?? Any tips and tricks would be appreciated
