Far from epic save, I'd say more like blind luck.

 

Can't say I've ever been in that spot. But when you can only see sky in your windshield, LET OFF THE GAS!!!

 

Defiantly got lucky on that one and not a save. Any idea were they are?

 

The only way that was a save is if he was wearing Depends.

Looked like all luck to me. You can see the back wheel never move, so he was either frozen on the brake without a clue what to do, or still on the gas. He obviously has never been in that position! Whichever you do, let off the gas, let of the brake, put in neutral, step on the clutch... and bring yourself down! That's the skill part... not sit there & wait to see what happens.
