I am pulling my doors this weekend. Finally warming up a bit here in Minnesota.

Have been topless for a few weeks and door less for a few days. Great during the day little cold in Washington at night but so worth it. Was one of the reasons I bought a Jeep.

Read the manual! It's pretty easy once you figure it out. There's a red tab that slides sideways to unlock the clip. Then squeeze the bottom of the connector and yank. Comes right off. Put your windows down first though. That makes it easier to lift them, and if you store them on the floor of your garage and your two year old knocks them over, the door will thankfully fall around him, instead of flattening him...

Yes, it happened.

Oh, damn, I bet both of you were like !!!

But yes, you just reach in and slide the plastic clip over, and pull.

I have had them off for one weekend here, the 2nd or 3rd week I had it, been raining ever since then. I kept the bolts off the hinges for faster removal next time.

I left the bolts off since I first took them off. The doors are fine without them.

Oh and I have been doorless for a week now thanks to the great weather.

I know how you feel. I felt the same way the first time I took the top off. I have half doors, so going doorless took a bit at first for me to get used to, but now I cannot have it any other way even when I put the top up in safari style for my daughter.
