I think you would've been alright with the law if you had "accidentally" gone rock crawling over one or two of them. You were severely outnumbered, and yes you felt like you were being carjacked.....uh I mean jeepjacked.

Fourth, I am an old man (35)...I don't get drunk - a nice buzz, but not drunk. By the time police would have arrived, sorted out the mess, asked for a DUI test - I would have been stone cold sober.


Not so fast Rambo...you would have been tested after the fact, and there will be trace alcohol in your system, and with a little "reverse engineering", you would have an ETOH level that truly represents your "buzz" condition when the whole goat rope started...your ETOH at testing is not what you get charged with...it's based on what it was at the time you started acting the fool in front of the ladies...in most educated circles, one just needs to move along and not comment...it was your alcohol fueled bravado and having to show the ladies what a real he-man you are, as well as your loose lip that almost sank your ship....
