With the doors off, windows off, top up and back seat lowered I get between 21-23 mpg's. With everything on, I get about 18-20. Losing that 200lbs and allowing the air to flow through makes a big difference.

interesting I get worse mileage with doors off and top down than I do with doors on, windows closed and top up.... but no wonder these darn things feel like they weight a lot compared to my TJ doors...

Same here. I get about 1 mpg less, per the computer, with the doors off/top down.

I live on the third floor in an apartment building, so it's a PIA lugging them up and down the stairs...but so worth it! Have had them off for three weeks now (longest ever ) but just put them on tonight b/c of Hanna coming up the coast.

That's odd. I get about 2 mpg better with the door and back seat out. I have the soft top so I just take the windows off but leave the top up. I have a 2dr X and I drive about 45mph on the way to work though, ~25miles a day.
