Yup, I've owned several other 4x4 vehicles. I never got the "mod bug" with those like I have with this JK.

My friends and I sit around talking about this mod or that mod. My wife says it sounds like a foreign language. (she doesn't like my JK)

I tell her "It's a Jeep thing".

hmmmm...wonder what 37's would be like ?

I was going to keep my Rubicon bascially stock, but then I decided to to a leveling kit. Then I started thinking about tires. I had almost decided to wait til the stock KM's wore out, but like you, I went to Moab. I drug my hitch on Fins n' Things, so it gave me the excuse to go ahead and get the bigger tires. They'll be here today. And then I saw a Jeep in downtown Moab with an awesome roof rack. That may be on my Christmas list. I think you're right. It probably never totally ends. There's always something more.

I've talked to her about that. She mentioned how she would like a convertible. I said a Jeep is the ultimate convertible!

She said no way....

Hey, its nice here today, think I'll put the top down!

I think I need to get the next piece of cargo net over the rear seat area.....

There it is again!!

I know what you mean!! I've only had my '10 JKU Rubi for a few months. Already been to Ouray and ha ve the mod bug. I have never been interested in doing very much to my Z71 truck except wheels and a bit larger tire plus I had to level it up a bit! But this bug is different!!!

It's hopeless...

It's fun except for loosing sleep thinking about your next mod, or the next trip, or how to pay for the next mod or trip.....
Loosing sleep over it? Wow
