I was just starting to wonder about this, I get flashed by oncoming cars very often, I was beginning to wonder if the previous owner installed brighter bulbs or something.

In my TJ, I went with roundeyes and the 80/100 off road only bulbs, was NEVER flashed, and they were bright as could be.

I will try adjusting the JK lights tonight to see if that helps.
