Real good deal! Especially since it's an automatic. That's at least a 35000 dollar rig stock. And I see a minimum of about 4000 done to it. I wouldn't be surprised if he couldn't get that in a trade to the dealer. Don't know why the asking price is so low.

I bet it was an impulse purchase and now he can't pay his mortgage. If that's the case, take advantage of it and lowball him. I can't think of another reason he'd be selling a jeep that new.
