Do you do your own oil change?

Amsoil for oil & filter. I like the 25,000 mile or 1 year, whichever comes first plan.
I think that as long as you keep your personal receipts and logs, and use an oil that meets or exceeds the manufacturer's specification you should be all right. API's website gives some detailed info about oil compostion that I was curious about.

For only 25 bucks and service records for the life time bumber to bumper warranty no way I will change oil in the Rubi.
But the s10 has no warranty so it is do it yourselp.

Yup, I've got the same plan. And don't forget that Jeep has a coupon on Jeep.com right now for an oil change plus air filter from the dealer for $18!

Gotta garage
Gotta lift
Don't gotta lifetime warranty
Use Mobil 1 oil and filter every 6000 miles
Next change going back to Mopar filter. I've been hearing that knock at startup now and then

yes, 933,000 miles put on family vehicles since 1988. I switched to Pennzoil 10W30 in 1988. I've had NO NONE NADA engine issues whatsoever in 20 years. I've used mainly FRAM filters for 20 years. NO issues with FRAM in 20 years.I change my own oil every 3000 miles without fail.......
