I have heard that these type of negative posting titles tend to actually help the business in question because people who have had good luck come out of the woodwork who would otherwise not post. Ultimately when all is said and done and the facts laid out people can make up thier own minds. Northride is awesom that is a given and has great customer service and it sounds like TNT was pretty good at trying to make things right as well. I would have just taken to a lineX nor rhino lining place and had been done with it or bought a can of black spray paint lol.

so no sliders, frustrated and $40-$50 less in his pocket to buy another set of sliders. I can understand. T&t was nice to offer to have them re powdercoated at a shop near him which I probably would have done, but again, it sucks to have to take them back off, schedule a powder coating appt and then try and figure out who gets paid and purchase orders or whatever. It's most likely easier to just get the money back and order a different set
I don't think you got their correct here. He purchased from northridge for $599 and free shipping, north ridge gave him $599 back. He isn't out anything.

What's the saying..."all press is good press"

I agree though, people go out on a limb to complain initially, then good things come out as the truth gets near.

Now...let's get to te hemi!!!

When he goes silent we will know he has hung his head low and left to go trade in on a H2!

Possible reason for rust:

Ideal manufacture is assemble; weld; powder -coat.

On this particular slider, for reasons unknown, maybe: assemble; powder -coat; weld. Or one that got away.

The issue was purchase thru 3rd party and then demand refund from manufacturer.
Both Northridge & TNT went way out of their way to solve the problem. We can't expect Nordstoms quality of customer satisfaction unless we pay that kind of money for passed on overhead. ( high prices )

I agree with local powder shop, and do other items at the same time as a way to go.
