Hi guys, This is my first time here. I just picked up my 08 2-door Sahara last night and couldn't be happier. I have a quick question. I wanted to get the dual-top option but they couldn't locate one and I got impatient so I ended up with just the hardtop. Not too big of a deal but when I looked at the window sticker it says that it comes with the Sunrider soft top. I only paid the $695 for the hardtop but do you think I should have received the soft top as well per the window sticker? Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thank you.

 

When I bought my '07, the Dual Tops option was going for something like $1100-1200 dollars if I remember correctly... which is a fair price. Paying $695 for the hardtop alone is a pretty fair price IMO, although if you do decide to buy a softtop aftermarket, you're going to pay a lot more than you would have otherwise... But to answer your question directly, I don't think you got ripped off. Enjoy the Jeep!

 

No, you didn't get ripped off. The soft top is listed on all stickers. It is replaced with the hard top option. If it is supposed to have both tops, it will be listed as dual top.

Ahhh gotcha. I know the price isn't bad for just the hardtop but I saw the soft top on the window sticker and started thinking. Hardtop's coming off tonight anyway. Thanks guys!
