Wife gave me permission to pull the trigger on an on board air setup and a CB for xmas! Picked up the VIAIR ADA Heavy Duty System from onboard-air.com. Have to give a big thumbs up to Travis over at Airwerkz. He was super helpful answering all my pre-install questions, including how I was to go about wiring in a relay into the stock wiring harness. He threw the relay in for me free of charge and offered to wire it into the harness himself. If I wasn't so impatient I would have taken him up on that offer. I just wanted the compressor ASAP so I could get it installed in time for an upcoming wheeling trip. I ordered the system on Wednesday night, had some questions for Travis on Thursday who was very quick to respond and ship the package that afternoon, and FedEx dropped the system off on my door step Friday morning. Completed the install by dinner time on Friday. Fast shipping and great communication from Travis.
As for the CB, I went with a Cobra 75 WXST. Picked it up at a local store along with the antenna, mount, coax and SWR meter I was going to need for the install/tune. Install went way easy. I love this setup. Nice and compact, no permanent holes drilled into my interior to mount anything, plenty loud, and easily removed when not in use. Mounted the handset clip to an L-bracket that I had laying around, and then used the screw in the upper portion of dash to hold L-bracket in place. Worked like a charm. I simply keep the pigtail coming off the remote box tucked up under the dash, so no permanent holes drilled in dash.
Got both installed just in time for a run to Cleghorn Trail on Sunday...
And here is airing back up after the trip...
Everything worked perfectly. Would recommend both products to anyone interested.

My girl had a huge wish list from me. Various jeep parts and some electronics. She ended up getting me a GoPro Hero 3 Silver edition. Already downloaded the GoPro app to my iPhone!
