I was wondering if any local Denver area jeepers could direct me to a good trustworthy Dealership service department.

Any dealership service departments to avoid ?


I bought my jeep from Colorado Chrysler / Jeep but since then i have heard they can be a little shady....I would rather give my moneys for oil changes and maintenance to the places that treat folks right and not places that jerk folks around.

Dont go near 'Go Chrysler Jeep West' off Colfax....... They were a bunch of bumbling morons when I signed the papers (which took 4 trips in and over a month total time AND STILL keep getting the "oh we forgot this paper" bullshit). They also "lost" my WK when I had it in for service. After an entire day of trying to track it down when it was in for a thermostat replacement, a tech confided in me that someone thought it was a trade-in and moved it to some other part of the lot and no one wanted to tell me until they found it. I was PISSED!

 

Thats good to know... Wont be taking my jeep there.
