Default Delayed acceleration

Does anyone know a good way to improve the delay in acceleration some JKs have?

Sprint Booster. While it is expensive it also works. I was lucky enough to pick one up for $150. Other than that I have heard the Viper TB works as well. No experience with it though.

Superchips throttle mapping comes with the flashpac, or get the sprintbooster. I have the superchips, and most of the lag is gone on the moderate throttle setting. The "superchips" setting was too jerky for me, especially in the snow and ice.

When I had my 2010 JKU auto I felt the delay also. Got the Superchips programmer and it helped alot, I think. Of course if you have a 2011 or 2012 then you have to wait as Superchips does not have the coding done for the tuner.

I've heard great things about the sprint booster. But it is a bit pricey.

Check for a factory recall on the PCM that did wonders for my 2011.

It was the emission control so they reprogrammed the PCM.

Do these programmers add hp or torque and can they be used to reprogram the speedo? Also do they leave a foot print I was told by my first dealership that a programmer would null the engine warranty. I don't need hp or torque but getting rid of that lag and the speedo correct would be nice.
