Default Death wobble ... Lemon law?

Just curious. been to the dealership for the 4 th time today for the DW . thaey have tried multiple things and I have tried everything they have recomended. I have even pulled my lift off and am back down to bone stock, tires and all and it still does it. its better but still there. does any one know if DC will lemon law a JK due to DW. I love my JK but I also don't want to have to worry about my wife and kids when they are in the jeep. I just want it replaced or fixed . Anyone know? P.s. I have been to the dealer for a total of 7 times 4 for the DW , once for a computer prob that they fixed , once for my stereo popping that's still not fixed . that will be trip #8, and once for something that @ forget what for off of the top of my head

have you tried an adjustable track bar? even though your lift is not much it is still driving with the axel pulled slightly to the left. positioning your axel back to the center may be your solution.

Check the 2 trac bar bolts. It has to be tightened at 125 lbs

With your 2.5 BB lift, you lost caster and this helps contribute to death wobble.

Check all the bolts of the front suspension and direction.

Buy adj. lower control arms and put your caster between 5 and 6 degrees.

I'm back on bone stock suspension and it still does it just not as bad. every thing is torqued to spec. I have checked and rechecked and rechecked the bolts

Question

Have you looked closely for any cracks in the mounts?

TN-MEDIC-14: Still doing it, huh? That sucks! Every state has their own lemon law. You need to check out Tennessee's and see what the procedure and requirements are. I found mine, for Colorado, on the attorney general's web site.

Looks like info on yours can be found here:
http://tennessee.gov/attorneygeneral/cpro/lemon.htm
