If you have to pay a lemon law lawyer, do this yourself. Its pretty easy to do. Just a couple of letters.
However, if you want to throw money at a overpriced lawyer, be my guest.
Just trying to help.

Lemon law attorneys nearly always work on a contingency basis and the manufacturer pays them, I'm persuing a lemon replacement in Ohio right now myself. Chrysler blew me off even after I filed an AG complaint, call an attorney for help, dont try to do it yourself.
Just my 2 cents...

Wow, Chrysler must like us in AR then. Mine was simple and the factory rep made the decision after the final attempt was unsucessful. The dealer and Chrysler was all professional about the whole ordeal.
Never talked to a attorney.

Must be nice, lol. I really did not want to get an attorney, but when they made me part of their "Chrysler Enhanced Customer Service" and no one would even look at my Jeep anymore, they left me no choice.

So I washed my Jeep earlier, also turned the hose on a wide spray and sprayed it on the top to try and simulate rain. It didn't leak, but then again I've never noticed it leak from washing it anyways.

After doing some research on my own I'm not going to contact the dealership anymore. I have all the necessary paper work and if it leaks again I will be contacting a lemon lawyer. I'm sure I could lemon it myself, but I figure Chrysler will take notice of the lawyer more so than myself, have experience and know exactly what they're doing and I can get Chrysler to pay him for me.

I really don't want to have to lemon this Jeep, I've really grown attached to it and am very happy with it other than this one leak. I have done some mods to (2.5" TF coil lift, JKS discos, wheels and tires) if i do lemon it, how is that gonna work? Will I be able to swap mods to the new Jeep? I still have the stock suspension and disconnects but I sold the wheels and tires.

Thanks for all the help and good luck to anyone thats going through anything similar. It's definitely a pain to say the least. I'll update this and let you guys know whats going on.

Before dealing with a lawyer, I'd file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general. You'd be surprised at how fast they react.

I filed an AG claim here is Ohio and got a 100k warranty out of it, but now My VIN is flagged and no one will touch it, so I called a lawyer. My advice is now to skip the AG portion of the game. If Chrysler do. Wont even let a dealer look at my Jeep, what good is the warranty?

Thought Id update this. So far the weather hasn't really cooperated with me. We've had two drizzles since the last dealership trip and they haven't produced a leak (knock on wood).

Hopefully getting some decent showers this week and then maybe I'll know if it's fixed. Hope it's soon it's time for more mods!
