Default Dealership idiots

When I bought my 2011 jk sport I requested the build sheet and they put one in my envelope with all the paper work. I just want read what gears I got with my jk 2 months later, and realized they gave the wrong build sheet. Apparently I own a 2011 black rubicon, instead of my white sport. How hard is it to put the right piece of paper in a envelope?

When I picked up mine (7 states away) they locked the title in the safe and the manager had taken the week the week off.... I was all kinds of fired up. Just gotten off a plane, and hung over, and 1200 mile drive ahead of me and the didn't have the title. I know how you feel.

The hangover alone would have made me more than a little *itchy. Adding 1200 mi drive on top of that and it would have made me a downright d*ck...

You can go to Jeep.com and request your build sheet. You just need to supply your vin.
