I hope I have this right in that Quadratec is a sponsor. I recently purchased a set of Daystar spare tire bump stops and when I screwed one of them in the threaded portion came right off into the tailgate. The other side is fine. Multiple attempts to notify Quadratec using my order confirmation email as a starting point have not solicited a response. Have others experienced this kind of service from Q?
