crosswind = all over the road
just completed a 500 mile trip home for christmas and dealt with both a headwind and crosswind for the entire trip. it was a total pain in the ass. it was blowing my jeep all over the road...like scary all over. is this normal? can it be fixed?

It's the wonderful aerodynamics of our jeeps, and it's even worse when your jeep is a lifted 2DR. Just hold tight with two hands (white-knuckled, of course), and slow down when it gets too bad.

A lot of it has to do with lack of tire contact with the road. One of the draw backs with large tires, even if you air down to have a larger footprint then the tires are squishy when interacting to with the winds.
