There's so much I'd love to do, but finances as they are, the Jeep is going to be in stock form for a while.

That being said, even bone stock the JK is a blast to drive and suits my needs perfectly

If all goes as planned in a few weeks I'll be able to put the soft top on for the first time, which will be a new experience I'm really looking forward to in the JK as well

My dad taught me "If it's got tits or tires, it's going to cost you"

And so far it's held true

I like the "Cry Once, Do It Right" way of life. I do think you get what you pay for, and you pay for what you get.

I also like what someone on this forum said he does no matter what,... He only pays cash for any mod he does. If he has no cash, he does not mod.

I think that's great advice. You can rack up huge chunks of change doing this and that. It's scary.

When I bought my JK, added a little of this and that, I initially told my wife, "It's way cheaper than a Porsche".

I might have been mistaken and naive.

I love tweaking my Jeep. I made the mistake of telling my wife that I'm almost "done" with fixing up my Jeep.

It. Never. Ends.

That's not a real Porsche. It's a go cart for high school kids. You can probably get a Jeep compass cheaper too.
