In your home, maybe, but I would be shocked to see that you can just shoot a guy if you see him messing with your property. You can't even do that in Oklahoma and we're more redneck on gun laws than Texas.

just checked tracking and the ram air was delivered to my house AGAIN, so my girlfriends dad and i are going to secure it on there so it wont come off

I like the electrocute him idea. Just fab up a metal one, paint it the same color but just run a battery to it. It doesn't even have to be the car battery. It can be those shock pens that middle school kids buy to shock their friends. Then get a camera and watch.
