If Chrysler was to be sold..... Anyone have any idea if the lifetime warranty would still be honored?

Renault is also a large manufacturer of diesels. Renault is now a well managed company and they produce excellent vehicles.

Renault would bring much needed capital to Chrysler and vast expertise in small, fuel efficient cars, something Chrysler needs big time.

Yeah but they're French! Need i say more?

How about a Jeep 2 CV? Ok that's a Citroën.

Indeed 2CV is Citroen, as legendary here in Europe than Jeep in the US. What's funny with the 2CV, you can see as many mods for 2CV than you see mods Jeeps, obvioulsy not with lift kit and big tires

I don't have any problems with renault taking over chrysler, They need distrubution and assembly in north america, they would bring the highly needed cash, some diesels!!!! and probably some decent plastic. the latest renaults are pretty good cars and their tie in with nissan makes them a worthy manufacturer.

No "Le Jeep" for me. They may have plenty of excellent vehicles outsite the US, but they still made Le Car and they have to make amends for that.
