Not sure but I deal with the cold much easier than the heat.
30's aren't really a problem with the top off. Have the hard top on in the winter but I'm sure I could deal with much colder if I took it off. Thought we were supposed to be used to colder temps with a wrangler....

Probably about 40 degrees one morning on my way to work, the worst though was when I was out driving and a "Severe Thunderstorm" hit with the top down.... The weather channel was "advising that everybody remains indoors" and I was out driving with no top/doors. Had to stop at the covered self serve car wash and let the storm die down while I tried to dry stuff off. Luckily I had just installed my new neoprene seat covers

Coldest was 37 and raining. Put the top on but was missing the doors and windows. That was when I decided it was cold enough that I should start leaving everything on.

With the panels in the hardtop out? Around 10*F@50mph. That was about three weeks after I bought it in February, and took it over the passes in Colorado back to Denver. It was okay going over Vail and around there, kinda fun as it was brand new, the first time they had been out, and had been warmer than usual. But up at Eisenhower - it was no longer any fun at all. Even at full blast the heater was useless, and that was with coats on. First pulloff they went back on.

Soft top down, probably 30* or so, but that was slow and unintended. I am sure it has been said many times but here in Colorado we have massive temperature swings. That 75* day that was fun to ride around can turn into a 20* night in a few hours sometimes.

22 degres and sunny after a snow storm, took the ol' CJ out to make sure she didn't get jealous of the new JK sitting there with its fancy hardtop and heat! Usually stays in the garage, but was a good day for about a half hour drive.

Welcome to the board man! Gotta say it is kinda funny that you have been on here for two months and your first post is about a CJ. Kinda made me laugh.

Now THAT is cold.

Used to have mounted M-60 machine guns on the jeeps so we couldn't put the tops on. Of course I had to ride in the back seat too unprotected from the wind.
how about sitting at border crossing Belgium and Luxembourg for 7hrs -10F then 5 hour convoy escort to Germany yes I was the gunner also. I know your pain.
