You can sell them, but don't expect to get much (700-900) range. Best is to try craigslist and find some people with stock JKs who aren't on the jk-forums.
I upgraded after some trail damage to 35s on 15" black MB72s to keep the black rims look. It's my 2nd vehicle with black rims, i like it.
You can also sell your rubicon springs and shocks for about $200 if you get a lift with new shocks. I kept the rubi shocks and got extensions. I gave my buddy my springs for beer for his stock 2 door JK.
