Did you ever get new rims? I am not sure if you were looking at the same rims I have (see pic) but if you're going to do a lift I would advise staying away from them. I bought these rims last year and after doing research I found that lifts require 4.5" backspacing or less on rims... my rims have 5.5" backspacing. So I am already looking at going with some Pro Comps Series 97... they should be here by Friday. Hopefully I'll have a lift in the near future too.

Nope. Factory wheels still. And likely to stay that way.
I was considering the AEV Pintlers in black but I've been trying hard to leave the jeep as stock as possible in any way that could affect ride quality.
Maybe this summer I'll finally go very small lift and some 255/80R17 on factory wheels.
I always lifted and got crazy with all my past Jeeps and regretted it when they became poorer daily drivers.

I'm a bit late for this one as I purchased my 2012 JK back in January of this year when it had 11,544 miles on it. Now it has about 13,300 miles. It was bone stock except for the spare tire cover. I've since put new tires on it and has served me well in the few months I have driven it. I have been wanting a Jeep for a few years, I just didn't think I would wind up with an orange one! I got it because it has the hard top (its winter for a good portion of the year here) and the spare tire cover suits me perfectly. The 3.6L V6 has quite a bit more power than the 2002 Chevy S10 Crew Cab I traded in for this 2012 JK Sport. My first car was also a convertible like the Jeep and being able to drop or remove the top is a unique experience!
